David R. Garcia Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2025, at the age of 77, David R. Garcia (San Antonio, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As David departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy David leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Garcia and Pauline Garcia; and his brother Daniel Trevino. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann Garcia; and his sons, Robert Garcia (Jo Ann), Raymond Garcia and Roger Garcia. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 8:15 AM to 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Castle Ridge Mortuary West (8008 Military Dr W, San Antonio, TX 78227). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
