He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Lowen and Hazel Lowen; and his brother Allan Lowen (Ricky). He is survived by: his wife Kahlendo Banda of San Antonio; his children, Asia, Amiyenji Lowen of San Antonio and Devion; his daughter-in-law Shaneese Lowen of San Diego; his grandchildren, Josiah and Naira Lowen of San Diego; and his siblings, Kenny Lowen of Clark, Cynthia Lowen of Mebane and Jaqueline Lowen of San Antonio. He is also survived by numerous extended family and many friends.
