He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Santiago Montez, Marcos Alvarado and Esperanza Alvarado. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Montez and Esperanza Montez (Rachel Montez); his children, Daniel Montez III and Jessica Montez; and his grandchildren, Thiago, Moses, Elliott, Danielle and Penelope.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Texas Funeral Home (2702 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237). A rosary was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
