We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2023, at the age of 91, Curtis Rayburn Platt Sr. (San Antonio, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Platt and Shirley Long Platt; his stepmother Bernice Platt; his daughter Peggy Platt; and his grandson Jason Platt.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce L. Platt; his children, Charles Ray Platt, Sherry Kroesler (Peter), Julia Schreib (Mike) and Curtis R. Pratt; his grandchildren, Matthew Platt, Isaac Platt, Derrick Grisett, Stephanie (Sunny), Jennifer and Ariel; and his great grandchildren, Sara, Hannah, Anastasia and Samantha. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and other members of the family.
