He is survived by: his children, Beatrice Montalvo Padilla (Ramiro Padilla), Henry Jay Montalvo and Michael Montalvo; his siblings, Eloy Montalvo, Herrael P. Montalvo (Rose Marie Montalvo), Martha Reyes, Miquela Stuart (Lyle Stuart), Eva Lara and Oralia Sosa; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Marie Del Hierro (Harrison Del Hierro), Johnathan Ramiro Padilla, Nicholas Mathew De Leon, Angel Ray Montalvo and Nika M. Compian.
