Hernandez (Patty); his grandson Troy Annalise; his son Matthew Hernandez (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Kassandra, Joshua, Lianna, Matthew Jr. and Cameron; and his sister Alicia Flores. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
