She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jose, Amada Garcia, Bernardo and Maria Louisa Cortez. She is survived by: her son Angel Estevan Cortez; her parents, Rodolfo Cortez and Maria Estela Cortez; her siblings, Martina Cortez Ruelas (Valerio) and Rodolfo Cortez Jr. (Lanette); and her nieces and nephews, Valory, Jason, Jacob, Augustine, Marcus, Matthew and Ryan. She is also survived by nieces, great nephews, aunts, and uncles.
