McNeilly III (San Antonio, Texas), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 5, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McNeilly II and Cecilia McNeilly; his son Jeffery McNeilly; and his grandson Manitou McNeilly. He is survived by: his wife Linda Garcia McNeilly; his children, Scott McNeilly (Amy), Ilsa Mendez-Butrion (Jerry) and Tommy Mendez (Monica); and his siblings-in-law, Leo Garcia (Mary), Cynthia Manuel and Adriana Garcia. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
