He was predeceased by: his parents, Isidor Pollock and Nannie Maude Pollock; and his brothers, Bobby Pollock and Richard Pollock. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Lynne Pollock; and his siblings, Betty Owens, Anne McKenzie (Stephen D.), Dora "Dodie" Pollock and Larry Pollock. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Sunset North Funeral Home (910 N Loop 1604 E, San Antonio, TX 78232). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Mission Park Cemetery (20900 I-10, San Antonio, TX 78257).
