He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Williamson and Crostella Williamson; and his siblings, Slater, Carl Jr., Ernest, Willie, Alonia, Beatrice, Carrie, Claudia, Mary, Evelyn, Bernice and Lillie.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Finch (Onnie), Melinda Williamson and Melissa Williamson; and his siblings, Johnny Pearson (Shavan) and Gloria Adams-Ruffin (Russel Ruffin). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
