She is survived by: her children, Nora Tijerina, Nicelda Tijerina (Jose Felix) of Rodriguez, Mauricio Tijerina Garza and Nelly Virginia Tijerina (Sergio) of Rodriguez; and her grandchildren, Andrea Alejandra Espinosa, Mauricio Antonio Espinosa, Jose Felix Rodriguez Tijerina, Ruben Rodriguez Tijerina, Carlos Gilberto Rodriguez Tijerina, Mauricio Tijerina, Yamili Gomez, Nelly Kristell Ponce and Melanie Rodriguez Tijerina. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
