He is survived by: his wife Anna Louise Lazzell; his children, Amy Leigh Lazzell, Anna Carleen Davis and Carl Lloyd Lazzell II; his grandchildren, Amanda Dooley, Taylor Davis, Tanner Davis, Connor Lazzell and Cooper Lazzell; and his half-brothers, Duane P. Lazzell and David W. Lazzell.
