He is survived by: his children, Tina Jeannette Ryals, Carl David Ryals, Jr. (Joy High) and Jacqueline "Jackie" Charice Ryals; and his siblings, Billy Ryals, Elsie Ryals and Betty Jean Smith (Andrew). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
