He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thomas and Marilyn Thomas; his stepmother Peggy Lanspeary Thomas; and his siblings, David Thomas and Susan Brinich (Ken).

He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Holden, David Brewster and Paul Brewster (Nancy). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
