He was predeceased by: his brother Mark Evans; his father-in-law Jose Luis Fernandez; and his grandparents, Carl, Norma Barber, David and Kathryn Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Lucia Evans (Fernandez) of San Antonio, TX; his parents, Marsha Cooke (Jay) of Ashville, OH and Joe Evans of Portsmouth, OH; his stepmother Jennifer Evans of Portsmouth, OH; his siblings, Blake Hull (Lauren) of Beaver, OH, Matthew Evans of Florida, Liz Legg (James) of Wheelersburg, OH, Jerelyn Hull of Minford, OH and Emily Nye (Ethan) of Minford, OH; his mother-in-law Griselda Fernandez; and his cousin Aaron White. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
