He is survived by: his children, Roberto Briones (Trixy), Juan D. Briones (Molly), Dolores B. Valerio (Esteban), Angelita B. Castaneda (Miguel Sr), Dora E. Rymers (Benny), Martha E. Noyola (Magdaleno) and Isabel D. Ibarra; and his siblings, Florentino Briones Sr. (Margarita), Luis Briones Sr. (Elizabeth), Thomasa, Guajardo, Ana Maria Briones, Teresa Beltran (Reyes) and Aracely Alardin. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
