He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Keith "Buck" Meadows and Madie Andrews Meadows; his siblings, Nona Raylene (Rob), Doretta Ann and Ronald Leland; his stepsisters, Patricia Carlile Pyle of Palm Desert and Deanna Penland of Portland, Oregon.; his friend John McCormick, Jr.; his wife Diane Tegethoff Meadows; his children, Shawn Marie, Kevin (Laura) of Austin and Rick (Elizabeth) of San Antonio; his granddaughters, Lindsey Nicole Locke and Caroline Meadows; and his sisters, Patricia and Deanna. He was also cherished by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
