With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lue Johnson of San Antonio, Texas, born in Leakey, Texas, who passed away on July 17, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnett Ambrose Haby and Della Ruth Wallis Haby; her husband Roy Johnson; her sons, Eddie Whittley and Joe Whittley; her grandsons, Jeffery Whittley and James Penney; and her siblings, Dan Haby, J. L. Haby and Patsy Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughter Ciarda Johnson; her grandchildren, Tava Johnson, Angie Williams (Pat Holbrook) and Bobby Joe Higgs; her great grandchildren, Dominick, Zoren Johnson, Brady Williams, Joshua Penney, Dakota Cserend, Ashley, Devon and Cameron Higgs; and her sister-in-law Pat Haby. She is also survived by four great-great-grandchildren.
