He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Benigno A. Ximenez, Trinidad F. Ximenez, Rosendo Martinez and Angelina Martinez. He is survived by: his parents, Benigno F. Ximenez Jr. and Angelina M. Ximenez; his siblings, Charlotte Ximenez Garza (Edward) and Judge Alfredo M. Ximenez (Cassandra); and his nieces and nephews, Stephen Garza, Nicholas Garza, Lauren "Baby" Garza, Julian Ximenez and Bianca Ximenez. He is also survived by his family and friends.
