She was predeceased by: her father James Earl Samuels; her nephew Jeffrey Sims; and her pet Ace. She is survived by: her mother Maureen McIntyre Samuels of East Cleveland, Ohio; her spouse Vanessa Mayfield of San Antonio; her son Jeramyah Samuels of San Antonio; her stepson Samuel Cameron; her siblings, Joylyn Winter of Gaithersburg, Marcia Winter of Cleveland, Jazz Samuels of East Cleveland, Ohio, Christopher Baldwin of San Antonio and Micah Samuels of East Cleveland, Ohio; her nieces and nephews, Maya, Jonathan, Sydney, Brandon, Bryce, Brianna, Bianca and Christopher, Jr.; and her pet Princess.
