He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurelio Gutierrez Sr. and Beatrice San Roman Gutierrez; and his siblings, Isabel Gutierrez, George Gutierrez and Richard Gutierrez.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lucille Gutierrez, Guillermo Gutierrez, Juan B. Gutierrez Sr. (Sarai), Juanita Gutierrez, Guadalupe Gutierrez and Dorothy Gutierrez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
