He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurelio Guerra Jr. and Irma Gomez. He is survived by: his wife Delia H. Guerra; his children, Joseph Serna, Aurelio Guerra IV, Raymond Hernandez, April Pena, Adrian Guerra and Destiny Guerra; and his sisters, Patricia Guerra and Cynthia Guerra. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
