He is survived by: his wife Senaida Obregon; his friend Jeanette Lowell; his children, Arthur E Stopper (Judith), Elizabeth Jordan, Mary Stopper and James Stopper (Letty); his grandchildren, Paul Hernanez, Stephen Graham (Monica), Marcos Tapia, Jessica Wittig (Andrew), David Stopper (Amie), Eric Stopper (Kamali'i), Jonathan Jordan (Katie) and Matthew Jordan (Justina); and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Andrea, Azalea, Philip, Violet, Benjamin, Peter, Caleb, Deacon, Scarlett, Grayson, Callum, Nathan, Nicholas, Ariana and Elias. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews.
