He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Chang; his sons, Caytan Chang and Jonah Chang (Aubry); his grandson Izaiah Chang; his mother Albertina Chang; and his siblings, Leo Chang (Barbara), Franklin Chang (Theresa), Alicia Carberry (Wes) and Rachel Montanez (Felipe). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins and in-laws.
