She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Bertrand McDermott and Heneretta Gant; her husband McKinley Lee Price; her son James Timothy Price; her siblings, Marie Beasley, Mildred Levy, Lillian Wright, Mary Alice Rowlans, Michael McDermott and Bertrand McDermott; and her granddaughters, Paula Price and Darlene Kirk.
She is survived by: her children, McKinley Lee Price Jr. Michael (Sharon), Joseph Wayne Price (Joan), Mary Torres (Randall) and Rose Kersch (Charles); and her grandchildren, Angela Fischer (Sammy), Michael Price (Heather), Kenneth Price (Saraha), Terry Price, Christine Denzer (David), Candance Price, Joseph Price (Kate), Karla Frias, Katherine Aguirre (Willie), Chad Kirk, Anna Klug (Kenneth) and Charles Kersch (Ashlie). She is also survived by 33 great-grandchildren and 8 great great grand children.
