She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregoria A. Hernandez and Cleofas Hernandez; and her brothers, Jesus A. Hernandez and Juan A. Hernandez. She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Alfaro; her children, Robert H. Alfaro (Ana Alfaro), Johnny Alfaro (Sonia Alfaro), Blanca A. Leiva, Cynthia Haban (Scott Haban) and Yvonne Calderon (Luis Calderon Jr.); and her brother Rosendo Hernandez (Dolores Hernandez). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Trevino (226 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A procession was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home (226 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237).
