He is survived by: his wife Maria Mendez; his sons, Carlos and Angelo; his grandchildren, Andrew, Elise, Emily, Zachary and Melissa; his daughters-in-law, Karen Mendez and Janine Mendez; and his great grandchildren, Riley and Harrison. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
