She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Koelzer and Lillian Koelzer; and her son Gregory Michael Sullivan. She is survived by: her spouse Samuel H. Sullivan; her children, Brian Joseph Sullivan (Jennifer), Michael David Sullivan (Darcey) and Christine Marie Wujcik (Aaron) of Holbrook, MA.; her grandchildren, Colin, Lyndsey, Chloe Sullivan and Gregory Wujcik; her siblings, Phyllis Wick (Steven) of Belton, TX and Michael Koelzer (Bernice) of Powhatan, VA.; and her siblings-in-law, Gerald and Margaret "Peg" Sullivan of Canton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
