She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hernandez and Isabel San Roman Hernandez; her husband Narciso "Chico" Cortez; and her son John Antony Cortez. She is survived by: her children, Anna Lisa Honn (Randy), Steven Cortez (April) and Veronica Beck (Aaron); her daughter-in-law Carmen; her grandchildren, Richard, Daniel, Adriana, Steven, Matthew, Kristina, Ariel, Isabel, Emily and Jake; her great grandchildren, Alexandria, Sofia, Andrew, Nicolas, Mila, Tanner, Elliot and Sadie; and her siblings, Rose, Harvey, Johnny, Hernando, Angie, Sylvia, Mary and Ruben. She is also survived by her family and friends.
