She was predeceased by: her parents, Major William Henry Kasten and Florence Bell Kasten; and her daughters, Molly, Cathy Lynn, Kimberly Ann and Kelly Kasten.
She is survived by: her husband Kit of Hartsburg; her grandchildren, Hayden, Heidi, Kimberly Chandio of San Antonio, Adam, Aliya (Mustafa, Nissa), Suleman, Kelly Witteman (Jack, Mr), Darcy and Lizzy; her son-in-law James Gingerich; her grandson Christopher (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Zehra Darugar, Saira Darugar, Simone Gingerich and Sofia Gingerich; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Riggs. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren honored her with "early" 100th birthday celebrations, much to her delight and serenaded her with "Jesus Loves Me." Blue skies, Mom.
