He is survived by: his children, Elisa Tamez-Rosales (Gabriel), Conrad Tamez (Liz) and Robert Tamez; his grandchildren, Mark Martinez II (Savannah), Gabriel Rosales II, Steven Tamez (Jayne), Megan Tamez, Holly Tamez, Robert Sturm-Tamez (Kiera) and Madison Sturm-Tamez; his great grandchildren, Gabriela Martinez, Penelope Martinez, Mark Martinez III, Julian Tamez, Sebastian Tamez, Nico Farkas-Tamez and Leo Farkas-Tamez; and his brother Robert Tamez.
