He is survived by: his wife Josephine Milum; his sisters, Evelyn Evans of San Antonio, TX and Janet Lemelle of San Antonio, TX; and his stepchildren, Samuel Milum, Jr. (Kathy) of Live Oak, TX, Shelia Mearite (James) of Live Oak, TX and Shelly Milum Armstrong (Jimmy) of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
