She was predeceased by: her parents, William Williams III and Thelma Best; her sister Katharine Twyford; her siblings-in-law, Judy Williams and Hal Don Twyford II; and her niece Deborah White.
She is survived by: her brother William "Willie" Williams IV; and her niece LaMarsha Bailey. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephew, great nieces and great nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Fairmount Cemetery (1120 W Ave N, San Angelo, TX 76903).
