He was predeceased by: his parents, Reece Keith Albert and Esther Albert; and his brother Terry Albert. He is survived by: his wife Terri Albert of San Angelo; his children, Reece Albert (Koty) of San Angelo, Royce Albert of San Angelo, Shawnda Clifton of San Angelo, Tara Layman of San Angelo and Blake Phillips; his grandchildren, Avery Albert, Austin Clifton and Cash Holland; his great grandchild Hazel Clifton; and his siblings, Linda Scott of Alaska and Roger Albert (Shirley) of San Angelo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo Association or a charity of your choice.

He definitely left his mark on the place with all his work on the ground, midway and Buffalo Social Club. He will be missed but his legend lives on. Rest in peace, it's greatly deserved!”
