It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norine M. Valicek of San Angelo, Texas, born in Galveston, Texas, who passed away on August 2, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roswell Moreland and Norine Moreland; and her husband Edwin A. Valicek. She is survived by: her children, Mary Frances Valicek (Jack), Diane Womack (Chris) and Edwin Valicek, Jr. (Kristin); her grandchildren, Carson (Bonnie), Cade, Alex, Annie and Emily; and her friend Nancye Parker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
