She is survived by: her sister-in-law Dorothy Pustka; and her nieces and nephews, Sharon Little (Jim), Rhonda Holik (Ruben), Mark Dailey (Janette), Douglas Pustka, Gary Pustka (Michelle), Desdie Smith, Jacqueline Lanqlinais, Anna Knopp (Chuck), Cynthia Kerby (Troy), Alana Kerr (Neal), Teena Blasdell (Mike), Patricia Rhoads (Andy), Mellissa Blair (Terry) and David Pustka (Jeanine).
