She was predeceased by: her parents, Joaquin Gomez and Soledad Gomez; her husband Leonardo Ovalle; her son Paul Ovalle; her granddaughter Natallie Ovalle; and her great grandchild Destiny Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Enedina Cortez of Wolfforth, Mary Lou Moron (Daniel) of Beeville, Lisa Ovalle of San Angelo, Leonardo M. Ovalle Jr. of Muleshoe, Adan Ovalle (Julie) of San Angelo, Samuel Ovalle of Eden, Luis Ovalle (Maricela) of San Angelo, Julian Ovalle of San Angelo and Pete Ovalle of San Angelo; and her siblings, Petra Solis of Pensacola, Florida and Jose Q Gomez of Alice. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel (402 Rio Concho Dr, San Angelo, TX 76903). A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (301 W 17th St, San Angelo, TX 76903).
