He was predeceased by: his parents, Joaquin Sandoval and Maria Sandoval; and his brother Miguel Sandoval. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Morales; his children, Margarita Sandoval of Lubbock and Victor Manuel Sandoval of Albuquerque; and his siblings, Olivia Soto of Hanford, Rebeca Leal (Ignacio) of Fort Worth, Sandra Gonzalez (Juan) of San Angelo and Jose Sandoval (Amparo) of San Angelo. He is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel (402 Rio Concho Dr, San Angelo, TX 76903). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
