He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Juanita Garcia, Ramiro Garcia and Mike Terrazas; and his brother Jake Lorenzo Garcia (Stephanie Michelle Rodriguez). He is survived by: his pets, Nate, Colby, Blue, English and Champ Garcia; his wife Angie Vu Carrillo; his parents, Elsa Garcia and Freddy Cantu; his grandmother Amparo Cantu; his brothers, Andrew, Eric and Fidencio "Junior" Garcia; his half-brothers, Freddy and Gino Cantu; his sister-in-law Priscilla Garcia; his nieces and nephews, Dominick, Jordyn Makayla and Hailie "Bear" Gabrielle Garcia; his grandchildren, Gregorio, Juliana "Bugs" and Maximiliano Tomas Ponce; and his uncles, David Garcia, Pete Torres, Roy Chavarria, Sergio Mejia, Steven Guerra, Alexander Garcia, Eric Garcia, Junior Garcia and Jake Garcia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery.
