He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Rowland and Eula Duncan Rowland; and his siblings, Elmer, Ed, Charlene, Dazzy and Robert (Darlene).
He is survived by: his sons, Rick Rowland (Sydney) of Midland and James Rowland of Midland; and his brother Jimmy Rowland. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
