He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Maness Bentley; and his parents, Connie Bentley and Roy Bentley. He is survived by: his children, Terri Bentley Crawford (Blaine Crawford) and Travis Bentley; his grandchildren, Heather Price, Chris Curtis and Hayley Bushart; and his siblings, Brenda McCollum, Quannah Mann, Shirley Dennis and Larry Bentley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
