He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Garcia and Guadalupe Ponce Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Dora Rivera; his children, Bertha Rhine (Ricky) of San Angelo, Johnny Fernandez of San Angelo, Jessica Martinez of San Angelo and Nelly Rivera of San Angelo; his grandchildren, Alex Vega (Theresa), Andrew Vega (Chelsey), Alyza Fernandez (Jacob), Joshua Vega, Melani Vega and Aubrey Rivera; his great grandchild Luna Rae Vega; and his sister Maria Olvera of Florida. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Robert Massie Funeral Home (402 Rio Concho Dr, San Angelo, TX 76903). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel (402 Rio Concho Dr, San Angelo, TX 76903).
