He was predeceased by: his parents, Leila Perkins and Cal Monroe Arrott; his son Kit Lee; his wife Donna Weiss; and his sister-in-law Frankie Nan Arrott.
He is survived by: his brothers, Charles Monroe "Top" Arrott (Danny) of San Angelo and Milton Yates "Mit" Arrott of San Angelo; his daughter Melanye Arrott Wilkinson (Bob) of Menard, TX; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Moritz Arrott of New Braunfels; his grandchildren, Amanda Wilkinson Richardson (Cody), Jarrott Wilkinson Crews (Travis), Cameron Lee Arrott, Dylan Shae Arrott and Emma Grace Moritz; his great grandchildren, Hayes Barrett, Maren Ellis Richardson and Creed Montgomery Crews; and also Jettye Miller of San Angelo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
