She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances H. Reed Smith (Dale Smith) and Bill Penny; her son James Penny; and her grandson Waylon Dale Penny. She is survived by: her husband Bill Penny; her son Billy Penny of Cisco Tx; her stepdaughters, Scarlett Penny of Oregon, Carol Wright of Coleman, Chelsea McWilliams (David), Ayva, Hadley Penny and Abby Thomasson; and her aunts, Mary and Betty. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 19 Great grandchildren, 2 sisters.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home - Sherwood Way (1939 Sherwood Way, San Angelo, TX 76901). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Miles Cemetery (16795 US-67, Miles, TX 76861).
