With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank Henderson Carter Jr. (San Angelo, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 22, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Carter and Elsie Carter. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carter; his children, Kimberly Floyd (Robert) and Frank Carter III (Shane); his stepchildren, Kathy Shiller and Joe R Gomez Jr.; his grandchildren, Brittney Gober (Chris), Ryan Carter and Kayla Denton (Daniel); his siblings, Mike Carter (Lee), Patsy Joyner and Bobby Carter (Terry); and his brother-in-law Junior Joyner. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Southland Baptist Church (4300 Meadow Creek Trail, San Angelo, TX 76904).
