With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Estefana Cortinas of San Angelo, Texas, born in Pecos, Texas, who passed away on November 3, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Estefana shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Estefana farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bentura Palafox and Angelita Palafox. She is survived by: her husband Jesus Cortinas of San Angelo; her daughter Mary Cortinas of San Angelo; and her granddaughter Jessica Pena of San Angelo.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel (402 Rio Concho Dr, San Angelo, TX 76903). A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (301 W 17th St, San Angelo, TX 76903).
In lieu of flower the family would like donations to Meals for the Elderly, VFW, or Toys for Tots.
