She was predeceased by: her parents, Preciliano Navarro and Leonor Navarro; her siblings, Miguel Navarro, Catarina N. Ortiz, Alvina N. Melendez, Elvira N. Garcia, Alicia N. Calderon, Carmen N. Perez and Ignacia N. Arteaga; her son Joe Adam Torres; her grandson Vincent Montemayor Ramirez; and her husband Francisco M. Veliz.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Brock (Charlie), Delia Navarro of Louisiana, Alma Montemayor Ramirez (Danny), Elena Veliz Rincon (Gabriel) of Georgia and Raymond N. Torres (Diana); her grandson Johnny M. Chappa Jr. of Garland; her brothers, Preciliano Navarro, Jr. and Juan Navarro; and her grandsons, Johnny M. Chappa, Jr., Ruben Navarro, Frank Baca, Raymond L. Torres and Nicholas M. Rincon. She is also survived by grandchildren and from there, her family tree grew to include great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel (402 Rio Concho Dr, San Angelo, TX 76903). A rosary was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (301 W 17th St, San Angelo, TX 76903).
