He is survived by: his spouse Linda Ortiz; his children, Norma Gonzales (Robert), Nancy Vasquez (Johnny), Natalie Ortiz, Anastacia Ortiz and Charles Ortiz; his grandchildren, Melanie Torres, Amie Bandel, Bianca Vasquez, Linda Muriel, Juan Vasquez, Jr., Nina Oropeza and Wiliam Ortiz; and his brothers, Richard Ortiz and Thomas Ortiz.
