He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnulfo Noriega and Gavina Noriega of Yuma, Arizona.; and his wife Inez Zapata Noriega of Mary's Catholic Church. He is survived by: his children, Annette Perez (Edward) of San Angelo, Terri Hogue (Greg) of McKinney and David Noriega Jr. of San Angelo; his sisters, Armida Vasquez and Lydia Bommer of Yuma, Arizona; his brothers-in-law, Cali Zapata (Rosemary) of San Angelo, Jimmy Zapata (Audencia) of San Angelo and Bill Welborn of Conroe; and his grandchildren, Christopher Perez, Andrew Perez, Brittne Noriega, Dannie Lara, David Ann Noriega, Jordan Perez, Samuel Hogue and Sofia Hogue.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (7 W Ave N, San Angelo, TX 76903).
