He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Reyes and Noverta Olivas Reyes; and his siblings, Joe Reyes and Olivia Basquez. He is survived by: his spouse Tamalia Grigg Bell; his children, Jon Reyes, Charles Reyes, Kristina Reyes and Carrie Reyes-Goodwill; and his siblings, Manuela Eubanks, Antonia Owens and Manuel Reyes, Jr.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
